Pengujian Superkapasitor Berbasis Sodium Alginat Saat Pengisian dan Pengosongan Muatan Listrik

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat prototip supercapacitor sebagai penyimpan energi dengan menggunakan sodium alginat untuk elektroda dan untuk mengukur voltase pada supercapacitor dengan menggunakan Arduino saat terhubung ke sumber tegangan. Tegangan supercapacitor diukur dalam proses pengisian dan pengosongan dimana prototipe supercapacitor terdiri dari kolektor, elektroda dan pemisah arus. Selanjutnya, metode sintesis elektroda adalah pisau dokter dengan grafit, natrium alginat dan polivinil alkohol (PVA) sebagai bahan baku. Fiberglass dengan ketebalan 0,5 mm digunakan sebagai pemisah dan aluminium dengan ketebalan 1 mm digunakan sebagai kolektor arus. Pengukuran data dan analisis perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa kapasitansi prototipe supercapacitor adalah 0.832 - 1.111 F berdasarkan data muatan dan 0.845 - 1.038 F berdasarkan data debit.
